AMAZING Chicken Marinade!!

I am a Lemon Lover!!  Lemon Everything!  Majority of the time when I am making chicken I always use lemon in some way shape or form in my marinades.  I started looking for a marinade that didn't involve lemon and I made one... WOW It is awesome... Lets get started:
I used Chicken Breast, cleaned and cut thin.
You can use chicken parts or turkey parts also.. What ever you like better!

1 6oz Can of Tomato Paste
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
1 1/2 cups of Chicken Broth
1/4 cup of Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbs of Montreal Chicken Seasoning (McCormick) Or Applewood Rub (McCormick)
1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Basil or 1 Tbs Dried
1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley and More for Garnish or 1 Tbs Dried
1/2 Tbs Oregano
1/4 Tsp of Cumin
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbs Chopped Garlic
1 Onion Chopped (I put my onion in the chopper)

Save a 1/2 cup of Chicken Broth and put aside.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined.
Put Chicken into a re-seal able plastic bag and pour Marinade over the chicken.  Get all the air out of the bag and seal it.  I then put the bag in a glass pan and put it into the refrigerator.  I will marinade my chicken for as long as I possibly can. I would say at least an hour or you can marinate overnight.

In the meantime tell your hubby to light the grill.... I hate lighting the grill, it scares the **** out of me for some reason?  I make the husband do it. 

Take the Chicken out of the Marinade and hand it off to your husband to cook on the grill. Do Not Discard the Marinade.... Here is the good part...

Take the remaining marinade and put it in a pot on the stove.  Add the 1/2 cup of Chicken Broth.  Cook the marinade over med/low heat until it is reduced by half.  Take 1/2 the marinade and use as extra sauce for the chicken.  Take the other half and give it to your hubby to brush over the chicken while it is grilling....

Put it on a plate and Garnish with Fresh Parsley & Basil Leaves..... DELICIOUS!!!!! 
If your using Chicken Breasts this also goes great on a roll!
